Overview

VibeTrader provides software for traders to streamline and systemize their trading workflow, including market analysis, strategy work, backtesting, trade performance review, and related trading context.

This Privacy Policy describes what information VibeTrader collects, how it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices users have.

Information we collect

• Account information such as your name, email address, authentication details, and account settings.
• Connected exchange information when you connect Binance or another supported exchange.
• Trading and account information needed to provide the service, such as balances, positions, orders, fills or trades, PnL or performance, market data, symbols, strategy context, backtesting-related inputs or results where applicable, and related trading workflow context.
• API credentials or connection credentials you provide to connect supported services.
• Product usage, diagnostics, security, and performance information needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the service.
• Communications you send to VibeTrader, including support messages.

API keys and credential security

Exchange API credentials are encrypted and stored by VibeTrader for exchange connectivity.

Raw exchange API keys are not shared with ChatGPT or other external AI apps.

VibeTrader uses these credentials server-side to connect to supported exchanges when you request exchange-backed functionality.

You can remove connected exchange credentials from VibeTrader.

External AI apps and MCP connector

When you connect VibeTrader to an external AI app such as ChatGPT, VibeTrader may send tool results requested by you to that app.

These tool results may include market, account, order, position, trade, PnL, performance, or related trading-context information depending on your request and connected services.

Raw exchange API keys are not sent to external AI apps.

The current ChatGPT or MCP connector is read-only.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and maintain VibeTrader.
• Connect to exchanges and supported services.
• Respond to your requests.
• Show market, account, trade, strategy, backtesting, and performance context.
• Secure the service.
• Debug issues.
• Improve reliability and product quality.
• Communicate with users.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents.

How we share information

• With service providers such as hosting, authentication, database or storage, analytics, error monitoring, and infrastructure providers.
• With exchange APIs when you connect an exchange account.
• With external AI apps only when you connect them and request information through them.
• In legal or compliance situations if required by law or needed to protect rights, users, or the service.
• As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Retention

VibeTrader retains information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Some information may be retained as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, or enforce agreements.

User choices

• Disconnect external AI apps.
• Remove exchange connections or API keys.
• Stop using the service.
• Contact support@vibetrader.pro for privacy or deletion requests.

Security

VibeTrader uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

Exchange API credentials are encrypted when stored.

Access to sensitive systems is limited to what is needed to operate and secure the service.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Children

VibeTrader is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

VibeTrader may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
