By using VibeTrader, you agree to these Terms of Use.

What VibeTrader provides

VibeTrader provides software for traders to streamline and systemize their trading workflow, including market analysis, strategy analysis, backtesting, trade performance analysis, and related trading context.

VibeTrader may connect to supported exchanges and external AI apps when authorized by you.

Features may evolve over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for account access, authentication, and keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Connected services and API keys

• You are responsible for any exchange accounts, connected services, and API keys you connect.
• You must have the right to connect those accounts and use those credentials.
• You are responsible for permissions you grant on exchanges or connected services.
• You can remove connected exchange credentials from VibeTrader.

No financial advice

VibeTrader is software and informational tooling.

VibeTrader does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes.

Trading risk

Trading involves risk.

You can lose money.

VibeTrader does not guarantee profits, performance, loss prevention, or trading outcomes.

Data and availability

VibeTrader does not guarantee that market data, account data, tool outputs, backtesting outputs, performance analysis, or other information will always be accurate, complete, current, or available.

VibeTrader may experience downtime, latency, provider issues, exchange issues, or errors.

ChatGPT and MCP connector

The current ChatGPT or MCP connector is read-only.

It is intended to let users request trading-related context from VibeTrader through ChatGPT or supported external AI apps.

It does not place, modify, cancel, or execute trades through ChatGPT in the submitted connector.

User responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws.
• Comply with exchange terms.
• Comply with OpenAI or ChatGPT rules when using the connector.
• Use VibeTrader only with accounts and credentials you are authorized to use.
• Do not misuse the service.

Prohibited misuse

• Unauthorized access.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service.
• Attempting to bypass security or rate limits.
• Reverse engineering where prohibited.
• Using the service for illegal activity.
• Using someone else's account or credentials without authorization.
• Abusing connected services or external AI apps.

Suspension or termination

VibeTrader may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal risk, or Terms violations.

Changes to the service

VibeTrader may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeTrader disclaims warranties regarding the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeTrader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, trading losses, or business interruption.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or use of accounts or credentials you are not authorized to use.

Changes to these terms

VibeTrader may update these Terms from time to time.

The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
